I have an air-conditioning unit on a residence with new renters in there. I had promised him I was a good landlord with this problem with air-conditioning continued for a week with somebody else that used to do A/C work for me. I gave up. They sent their check out there the same day, which was very important to me at this late point of repairs and got it fired up in about 20 minutes. Explained everything to me thoroughly and I haven’t heard any more concerns from the renters. This Landlord Is only as good as the professionals you can find. SUTTON’S bailed me out.
Scheduled an HVAC inspection with Jaron. He answered the phone and was able to discuss what to expect & cost. I was pleased that the owner of the company met me to assess. A detailed Report with pictures was sent in a timely fashion. He even remembered taking care of my parents heat & air needs several years ago. Thanks Cuyler!
Sutton's is great. Service techs are courteous and explained the work they were doing to diagnose the problem and quickly made the repairs. I have had them out on 2 projects at 2 different houses. One is a remodel and I will definitely call on Sutton's for remainder of project.
