Short story. These guys are amazing, they treat you like a human (no matter your gender). They work fast & they work well. Long story. Our heater quit working on a 17 degree weekend, I called another company (one toward the top of googles suggestions) & they came out, they told me we needed a whole new circuit breaker, that there were none in town & it would be 4 days until one came in & they could install it & it would be $750 to order (I’m pregnant and we have 2 small children… 4 days in a 50 degree home wasn’t going to cut it) So, I called ever heating company from the top of googles suggestions to the very last one. Each person I called said basically sucks to suck hope it gets working, until I got to the last suggestion.. Tactical… I gave the same speal about needing a new circuit board, they said there’s none in town, do they keep any on hand, blah blah blah… he not only explained why no one keeps them on hand but gets them from a warehouse but said hey, tell me what’s going on, & offered a second opinion only if I was interested. They came out 2 hours later got in the attic and said we think it’s something else let’s try and fix it this way, which they did & got it rolling. In the night it stopped working so I texted them and said hey it’s shut off again could you come see what’s going on, he said I’ll be there in 2 hours, came and said it is in fact the circuit board & that was confirmed because the part was brand new and still sending error codes, but he called the warehouse and there were FIVE in stock & they were HALF the price I had been told by the first company. He had it picked up, installed and running in an hour. These two men were both kind, well spoken, explained things without belittling, and stood behind their work make sure that we had a running heater one way or another. I can not sing their praises enough. 10/10
This company was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Taylor was right on time, fixed the problem, and his rates were very fair. He got our heater up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and air needs. Thank you Tactical Heating and Air! We will definitely be using you again.
Taylor was very professional in explaining the problem with my furnace and was the only one who would come out on a Sunday to do the repairs.
