“We've been using them for about a year now and they've left a streak on one shirt that we took back and they fixed immediately. They've been fantastic and owned up to the one thing that came home less than up to par.

They've earned our business over and over. They're polite at the desk and they're quick to get things to you when you go to pick up. We probably pass at least 2-3 other dry cleaners along the way but they've raised their prices too high and the quality at one isn't good.“

“I've been patronizing this location for years. However, I'm not sure if due to a change in management or employees, but the new lady at the counter does nothing more than intake. For example, I informed her that some metal button clasps on a shirt were damaged the last time they pressed it. She didn't know how to reply, and ultimately concluded she wouldn't fix it. Either way, I'd like to see the old management/employees back to retain the customer service it once had. Still, I give the location four stars solely due to the amazing HISTORY of customer service, but you really learn something about a business when something doesn't go as planned.

UPDATE: When going to pick up my dry cleaning, I met the owner who confirmed that the morning employee only does intake, so he asked me to bring the shirt pictured to him. When I did, he offered to fix it, so I've upgraded back to stars.
