I love this dry cleaners. When it was owned by the previous owners, I also liked it a lot, but now I absolutely love coming here and having a service like the one Silvia provides. The customer service is excellent, above and beyond the customer service standards. She knows very well how to place your clothes, she knows very well how to choose which goes to laundry and which goes to dry cleaning. I love the way she explains everything and how she tells you what it should be. And if you bring something, I highly recommend it. I have used Dry Clean City at this location for many years and will continue to bring my laundry and dry cleaning to them. Sylvia is always cheerful and her attention to detail is superb.
This store and its management and staff are top shelf cleaners that always get the job done right and on time. More importantly, they give A+ customer service. On my last visit, they took the time to explain that some of my dress shirts contained a polyester blend which needed a slightly different cleaning method. It’s that kind of attention to detail and actually being helpful to uninformed customers like myself, the little things, that I search for in any vendor or service.
