very knowledgeable and understanding. Did not push my to buy anything, instead encouraged me to look for a better fitting suit since my alterations were super expensive. Other places I've been too did not do this and I really appreciate her opinion.

After Dillards messed up a suit alteration, I walked in Monday morning, asking if they can fix what's wrong and have it ready by the following day. I was leaving on Wednesday morning. The lady there was very gracious and happy to assist. I picked the suit up on Tuesday and all is great now. I'm very appreciative of the service that they offer.
