We took our old MAC to Rodi to fix an email problem that another repairman did not solve and he not only fixed that but installed a digital hard drive so that it now runs amazingly fast. He also cleaned it while he had it apart. Rodi is friendly and easy to talk with and he took the time to teach us several things about using our computer as well as cleaning up some idiosyncrasies that our precious grandchildren decided to add!! So glad we took out computer to Rodi! Highly recommend him!
Long overdue review but this place is the best!! My laptop was in need of a repair since the screen broke before my college classes this was back in 2022 were starting up and Rodi was amazing he not only fixed my laptops screen but also fixed any other issues I might face long term for my laptop and thanks to him my laptop is still going strong even now in 2026! I highly recommend his shop customer service is phenomenal and he’s very kind and knowledgeable in his work you can tell he puts a lot of effort and heart into his work he even went above and beyond in lending me his laptop so I can get my school work done since mine was still under repair cannot thank...read full review
I took my laptop to Rodi after multiple places told me it could not be fixed and I needed a mew motherboard. Rodi took a quick look and agreed the damage was significant, but offered to repair it under a very reasonable price.
He went above and beyond finding the correct component replacement and even fixed other stuff he identified with the computer.
Rodi offers great customer service and is very knowledgeable. I'm really happy to have found him and he won a customer for life. Can't recommend him enough, if there's anything that can be done, he will do it.
