I had flowers delivered for a friend and she loved them. I asked for them to be delivered by 2pm and they were delivered promptly. She even mentioned the person that delivered was great.
Stellar customer service. Matt helped me like I was the most important client he has ever had. Walked me through what I wanted, shared options available, and was extremely patient. So polite and kind, truly went the extra mile! If I could give 6 starts...I would!
The Flower Cottage did an INCREDIBLE job for our wedding ceremony flower arrangements!!! I found this amazing place after this other shop (that shall not me named) disappointed us and canceled us a month before our wedding date. Fortunately, we were able to find the Flower Cottage immediately and they took our order right away! With the small details I provided (I don’t know anything about flowers) the Flower Cottage went above and beyond with the flower arrangements!
