I use Pickle Roofing Solutions as both a property manager and for my own home. McDowell and his team are professional, timely, and offer long term solutions rather than quick fixes. I had a major issue with a roof leak that started a couple of months ago, stopped, and then unfortunately started up again this past week. When my HOA wasn’t responding to the situation, I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted Pickle Roofing directly—and I am so glad I did.
I cannot say enough good things about Barbara. She is the only reason my roof is repaired today. When the initial team didn't show up as scheduled, she immediately took action. She personally followed up to ensure a technician was on-site by 6:00 PM that evening to get the job done.
