Kyle with JL Contractors did an outstanding job with my parent's roof in Abilene, Texas. My parent's situation was quite different due to my mother having Alzheimer's and not understanding the process. Kyle was very kind and sat with both of my parents countless times to explain the whole process to them so that they would understand. He even sat and had a regular conversation with them about all kinds of things. He was patient enough with them to build a relationship with them in order for them to trust him.

Cathy at JL took care of my entire project start to finish, making my roof replacement process so easy! After this year’s storms I was hesitant to deal with my roof, as I didn’t want to have to work with my insurance company— but Cathy handled everything for me, including working hand in hand with my adjuster. Now my home looks even more beautiful than it did before the storm. I cannot recommend JL enough!
