“Our husky was going on his 3rd birthday and hadn’t been successfully groomed yet! He isn’t typically an aggressive dog, but when it came to getting him groomed it was impossible. After being so discouraged we came across Crystal’s gentle grooming and she reassured us that she could take care of him. From start to finish she was very attentive! Booking the appointment was easy. As nervous as we were to transition him into the shop, he gave us no issues! Throughout the service we received video and picture updates and he did great the entire time! She took her time and because of her patience he showed zero aggression, even when she had to work his sensitive areas! The 40 minute drive was definitely worth the time and her prices reasonable for the effort she shows! Military discounts available! She did such a good job, he didn’t want to leave! Our pup is happy and we are too! We will be bringing him regularly now! Thank you Crystal!!“

“im very picky when it comes to Cesar my fur baby and his groomer that I have found here is approved in my book. He got a wonderful cut exactly the way I wanted him. No nicks . Had to bathe him on 2 separate occasions but right away she said bring him back in and she would handle it because of Texas allergies. Thanks so much and we definitely plan on going back to you“

“This is a great place staffed by a caring animal lovers. The space itself is large, open and bright. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. The doctor who saw my cat was so knowledgeable and gave me and my cat her undivided attention. One veterinarian I saw before her appeared to be in a hurry. He was not personable, gave me a quick hello, looked at my cat's lip and was gone. His attendants took care of the rest. I didn't even get to meet one vet in South S.A.. Never even saw her! I went home to wait, my cat was trapped in his carrier for 4 hours and then she called me on the phone and explained to me what was wrong. I had a hard time understanding her since she had a rather pronounced accent. She said I could come and pick up my cat, which I did. I paid the bill and the receptionist handed over my cat. Towne North doesn't operate this way. They truly care about animals' well-being and comfort as well as the owner's satisfaction. I highly recommend them.“

“I have used Good Dog for years. For short/long overnight stays and for daycare. They are the only place in town that I will trust with my dog. Their prices are reasonable and I like that each dog gets their own little area for overnight stays. The staff are always friendly and do a great job remembering the little things with my dog and sending me photo updates when she is boarded!“

Despite being busy, she took her time to examine Cheeto, explain what was going on, and answer questions. We are new to the area and are excited to establish with Dr. Jones at CityVet for our pet wellness care. Their facilities are super nice and the staff and Drs. are even nicer.“

Zeke is a four year-old miniature Aussie Shepherd, and ever since we’ve owned them for the last three years we’ve always given him just a trim and left him long hair. This time because of the extreme heat …we asked Sora, His stylus to clip him much shorter so that he could be comfortable when he goes outside.. She did a wonderful job. Zeke is very comfortable with her and he really appreciates her wonderful treatment. He looks beautiful. He was happy when I came to pick him up and Look like she had any bite marks on …just joking. “Great place to take your pup for a little spa treatment in their self wash station located in the lobby. Just like a professional groomer would use. It's only $15.⁰⁰ and there is shampóo, conditioner apron, towels, dryer and safety harnesses to prevent injury. Also the tub is positioned high with a dóor to allow your pup access. No appointment was necessary and there was no wait. Check out all the services provided online or ask when you go in. Clean modern and great staff. Highly recommend!“

“Bailey is an excellent great groomer - so kind and tender with Sam and does a great job with her haircuts. The vet was attentive and clear on instructions for how to care for my dog's underlying allergy skin issues that Bailey discovered once she shaved down my dog's fur. I was thankful that she mentioned those and the vet was available to take a look at Sam before I came to pick her up. The receptionists are always friendly and professional in person and on the phone. Great place!“

“I visit my cousins here from out of town and when I come I try to help out with little stuff and taking our poodle Blue to get groomed. Sometimes grooming passes them by but today when I was calling over 10 places and no one would take in our poodle, Unique grooming did and with open arms! Incredibly understand and our Blue loved them! Taking a small matted senior dog is a risky move but then accepted the challenge and Blue looks amazing.“
