“Hands down one of the very best office experiences I’ve had with a vet! We have a very shy little guy and had a terrible experience at another vet’s office. From the initial call, to allowing us to come in multiple times per week for “friendly visits”, to all the staff being so absolutely kind and even Dr. Hall coming into the room during a friendly visit to just say hi to our little guy! His first real visit went great because this team prepped him so well.The reception team is outstandingggg with their customer service and are on top of getting you in and out. The vet techs have been super helpful and I love that they offer a monthly program to spread out your costs vs paying at each appt. Pricing has been very competitive and everyone has been upfront about fees etc.Andrea has been such a blessing as a groomer and working slowly with our pup to get him use to everything so he’s comfortable. I’m so happy I found this team:)“
“Staff and doctors are very caring. Had a cancerous growth removed on my dog and since the area was so small the doctor didn’t use external sutures purposely knowing that vet visits are a stressor for my dog. I greatly appreciated this as my dog does not get along with most other dogs so vet trips can be tricky with him.“

“This is my first time using Texas Mobile Pet Spa, and Andrea went above and beyond with her services for my senior maltipoo. He has various health issues, and she was so accommodating, making sure he was comfortable throughout his grooming experience. She was also efficient and her prices are very reasonable. Due to my pet's health struggles, I stopped taking him to his regular groomer. I thought the 3-4 hours being left there was too stressful for him, so I thought a mobile groomer would better fit his needs. Andrea had him looking like a whole new dog within an hour! She also did a more thorough job than his previous groomers. Not to mention, with her veterinary experience, she helped my dog with a slow to heal wound. I feel very confident recommending Andrea to anyone looking for a caring and skilled groomer. I will undoubtedly book again!“

“Amber was the groomer picked by the petbar but honestly all groomers give you the sense of relief upon arrival.. my dog has never been to a groomer since we have heard so many places go wrong so we never took a chance.. well upon a family friends recommendation I gave petbar a shot ... after looking at all the reviews given, it made it fairly easy to make the decision to go . Making an appointment was very easy and that made it easier to trust the business which while looking for groomers I can't say the same for other businesses... but upon arrival we were greeted with tons of warm welcomes and smiles! Once again Amber was our groomer and with the most respect for nala she waited for me to leave then took her back! and got working on her bath and grooming. At pick up time I got a text 15 minutes early that she would be ready . When I got there nala and Amber both had a huge smile ! Nala was so lucky to have found her Ms Amber as her groomer now !! Thank you petbar !“
