“This is a great place staffed by a caring animal lovers. The space itself is large, open and bright. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating. The doctor who saw my cat was so knowledgeable and gave me and my cat her undivided attention. One veterinarian I saw before her appeared to be in a hurry. He was not personable, gave me a quick hello, looked at my cat's lip and was gone. His attendants took care of the rest. I didn't even get to meet one vet in South S.A.. Never even saw her! I went home to wait, my cat was trapped in his carrier for 4 hours and then she called me on the phone and explained to me what was wrong. I had a hard time understanding her since she had a rather pronounced accent. She said I could come and pick up my cat, which I did. I paid the bill and the receptionist handed over my cat. Towne North doesn't operate this way. They truly care about animals' well-being and comfort as well as the owner's satisfaction. I highly recommend them.“

“Most personable and knowledgeable staff in a veterinarian office that I've ever been to. Took our 8-year-old yellow Labrador retriever who was having numerous issues. Swollen bloody gums, runny eyes, and a sore shoulder on her right leg. The veterinarian, (Steven Rapp) thoroughly examined her see if he could get her fit again and out of pain. He gave us some aggressive steroids and antibiotics and told us to come back in 2 weeks. We will see what the outcome is then but I'm giving it a five-star rating now just based on how knowledgeable and friendly the whole staff is and how clean and spotless examining rooms are“

“Absolutely loved them! We came in at 8pm on a Saturday night and the provided the wait time. It was exactly the wait time. They treated our bulldog quickly and knew what was going on right away. Provided an email to the vet so I could send photos throughout the week to confirm progress. Super happy with urgent care“

“I have used Good Dog for years. For short/long overnight stays and for daycare. They are the only place in town that I will trust with my dog. Their prices are reasonable and I like that each dog gets their own little area for overnight stays. The staff are always friendly and do a great job remembering the little things with my dog and sending me photo updates when she is boarded!“

“Had taken my English bulldog for grooming. They did a fantastic job cleaning him thoroughly as his ears were really dirty and definitely needed a deep clean. They were pretty reasonable with their prices and offered great customer service along with great pet care and definitely know what they’re doing.“

This time because of the extreme heat …we asked Sora, His stylus to clip him much shorter so that he could be comfortable when he goes outside.. She did a wonderful job. Zeke is very comfortable with her and he really appreciates her wonderful treatment. He looks beautiful. He was happy when I came to pick him up and Look like she had any bite marks on …just joking. “Bailey is an excellent great groomer - so kind and tender with Sam and does a great job with her haircuts. The vet was attentive and clear on instructions for how to care for my dog's underlying allergy skin issues that Bailey discovered once she shaved down my dog's fur. I was thankful that she mentioned those and the vet was available to take a look at Sam before I came to pick her up. The receptionists are always friendly and professional in person and on the phone. Great place!“

“I visit my cousins here from out of town and when I come I try to help out with little stuff and taking our poodle Blue to get groomed. Sometimes grooming passes them by but today when I was calling over 10 places and no one would take in our poodle, Unique grooming did and with open arms! Incredibly understand and our Blue loved them! Taking a small matted senior dog is a risky move but then accepted the challenge and Blue looks amazing.“

They were incredibly professional and kind throughout my entire time interacting with the staff.

Unfortunately my cat did not survive his illness and I cannot overstate how nice and accommodating the staff was. Dr. Powers in particular I remember but the vet technicians were also very nice to me and my cat.
