“First off… answering machine stated to leave message and/ or call his cell phone - I did both. He returned my call and texts. We discussed our needs and made arrangements to meet and look at the project.He understood the needs of the customer. Although a small job, he and his helper Jessie didn’t make a fuss about the “smallish” crawl space, ran the lines and installed all the fittings… didn’t fuss over the customer supplied parts.Install went well, everything works.(BTW, still waiting on original to return phone call - from a much bigger company…!)Would use him again.Thanks Denny!“
