“My a/c stopped working and I noticed water on the floor around the unit. I called The Cutting Edge at 8:00 and was told that they would be at my house that day. At around 8:00 p.m. they were at my house and had my a/c running within 30 minutes. They installed a new unit, and had the floor completely dry in a day. They were courteous, did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, and most important they were reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. I thought companies like The Cutting Edge were obsolete and it was very gratifying to find there are good companies that still exist.“

“Maybe you’re like me and you only call plumbers, electricians, and AC companies when you have a major problem. But every once in a while you make a smart decision ahead of time.

I happened to notice the AC unit outside was making a loud enough noise to hear inside our house. AC was still cooling great. However, I’d had good sleep and coffee so my brain was able to be proactive. Instead of waiting for it to stop working in July/August, I figured I should find an AC company and get them out. A friend suggested Hall Air Conditioning and I couldn’t have been happier with the recommendation. Not only were they able to send someone out late that same day, it was a great overall experience. Mike L. called before he was headed my way and was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem within 10 minutes of arriving. He then proceeded to check the rest of unit, cleaning the condenser and checking lines and such to make sure everything else was good before leaving. He did find another issue that would have gone unnoticed until it created a bigger problem. I’m surprised the last AC company we had out didn’t notice. Not only is the loud noise gone, we also no longer have the annoying little brownouts when the AC kicks on that we have had since we bought the house 15 years ago,

“We had a toilet that we were replacing the fill valve on yesterday evening and we ran into an issue when the water shut off valve broke off and the copper tubing split, causing a small flood. We called Bevills Plumbing this morning, and we had a nice young man (Hunter) at our house by 12:30. He made the repairs easily and changed out the fill valve on that toilet and another one. Very professional young man, knew what to do, and was finished within 30 minutes. We always call Bevills because they are so easy to work with. Great company!“
