Compactor was out. He already knew it was under warranty. Very professional . These guys work in heat and cold when we need them the most. My old ac guy Lyndon Butler merged with them sometim3 back. “The AC in our rent house was not cooling properly. After some unsuccessful attempts to fix the problem were made by another company, we decided to call Huffman Heating & Air Conditioning. I described the issue to Whitney who checked with the service manager and then told me, yes, they would send someone out that day or the next day at the latest. At 8 am the next day, Justin showed up. Within one hour he diagnosed the problem and left the house cooling properly. Justin called me and gave me a clear explanation of the issue. This was the first time we called Huffman and they treated us like old customers. We are extremely pleased with the service and recommend them highly!“

“Rene installed a complete system for my house three years ago. He was great during the installation and did exactly what he said. The workmanship and price were great. This year, with the 103 degree temperatures every day, the A/C suddenly stopped working during the evening. I left a message describing the unknown problem on their website. The next morning Westex staff called me and said Rene was booked all day, but would come by after hours to fix it. Rene arrived after hours just as scheduled and fixed a broken capacitor in about 45 minutes. The part was under warranty and only cost me labor, which was less than $90. For an after-hours call, you can not ask for much more. Rene is personable , professional, affordable, and honest. I highly recommend him and Westex Air!“

“We have used sarabia 2 times in the past 2 years. Once after we had a routine maintenance check done by another more known company in town and they left our AC broken. The second was this week after another larger company in town said it couldn’t be fixed for a couple weeks. Both times sarabia provided us service within 24 hours and had our air conditioning up and running again. This is the only company in San Angelo I would ever use again. They don’t do after hours calls, but the price and quality of service is worth the wait.“

“Got Dooley ac/heating to come out to fix an on going issue I had that 3 other HVAC companies kept telling my ac cooling was fine. After Dooley came out they fixed my issue, the boss DID hear me out and explain everything that was going on. “1/2026 we purchased our condo here in San Angelo, TX. At the time of purchase we resided in Michigan and the real estate transaction was 100% virtual. We had the BEST realtor and we knew that the HVAC system was vintage, 1959 Airtemp by Chrysler Corporation. While in Michigan we contacted Absolute Paradise Cooling & Heating and Mike sent us a quote to install an entire new 3 ton system. Within weeks of moving in Mike & his crew as well as the crane were all here to install the HVAC. It’s been 6 months now, 7/23/26 with weeks of 100* + heat and our high efficiency Carrier 3 ton heat pump keeps our 1600sq ft top floor condo nice and cool with minimal run time. With the sun beating down on the roof, we were expecting a hard to cool, warm summer temp inside with a HVAC constantly running but that’s definitely not the case now. We had a complex project involving disaster recovery that the many other contractors either would not do, did not know what they are talking about, overlooked too many details, or tried to bully us into what they wanted to do instead of what we needed. Then he performed the work at a master craftsman level, paying attention to details that I know nobody else would have. Odds are your HVAC is poorly designed and built, straining your system so that it will fail prematurely.
