Hawkins Air Conditioning

hawkins is great! My father-in-law has been using them for years. Our system developed a water leak. They had to rebuild the PVC stuff under system. Not a fun or easy job. We also signed up for the 6 month checkup service!

Called Hawkins to look into my unit. They sent out a technician the same day I called. He was very nice and gave me good timing of arrival. However in his initial visit he missed a leak in the system that my husband and I were able to find very quickly ourselves. I called back and spoke with the receptionist and explained the situation she quickly put me in contact with the right person. They came back out to the house verified everything and came back to repair the system as soon as the part was available. I called regarding issues with my mother’s A/C and someone showed up within 30 minutes. My mother doesn’t speak or understand English very well but he was very kind and patient. He was able to fix her issue with her A/C and had her up and running in no time.
