The staff and Doctor attending my cousin were excellent and caring. The one issue that I cannot understand is how a hospital of this quality and size, servicing so many does not have cable tv for their patients to watch. The cable service is so bad that it is impossible to watch more than a minute or two without it cutting out. In speaking with the staff, this has been this way for a very long time. Please consider fixing this immediately.
Mom was admitted here very professional staff and facility randy Johnson her nurse deserves special recognition for his caring manner and caring for the well-being for Mom thank you sir
Labor & delivery nurse Cindy was amazing to me! I’m a first time mom & I have no family over here currently since I just moved to texas. She was kind and very supportive of me during my labor process & even came the next day to check on how I was & visited my baby in the Nicu. When i came back to visit my baby in the nicu I asked some nurses at the front desk for extra postpartum care supplies & Cindy was nice enough to send me home with what I needed. Thank you Cindy & thank you to all the nurses there in labor & delivery for making my delivery process smooth & not as scary as I had imagined.
