I was skeptical to come to this ER because of all of the reviews but decided to bite the bullet and I’m glad I did! I didn’t have to wait very long at all to be seen, was treated kindly as opposed to previous experiences with ERs, and felt validated when explaining what was going on. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I believe the communication between the staff could be a little better. (Darby was exceptional!)
I was helped but don’t be fooled on no people there’s no people for a reason service is not great they doctor was amazing but nurses just seem like they didn’t wanna be here and I was here for 3 Hours no later.Stick to the other emergency rooms if you need to be seen in as hurry.
Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews here. I’ve had nothing but good experiences! The doctors here care about you. Take it from someone whose been in and out of hospitals since I was a kid getting unheard and unseen by so many doctors. These people took care of me several times since moving here. Most recently I saw Dr. Brian Sorensen MD who was very understanding of my PTSD and anxiety (medical related.) I had about 5 panic attacks for a minor procedure he did on me (they gave me sleeping medicine) and got so much relief in symptoms.
