Hendrick Emergency Care Center Plaza provides attentive and understanding care, with respiratory therapists fluent in Spanish. Patients receive excellent and fast care during medical emergencies, and staff prioritize kindness and validation. While communication between staff could be improved, overall, the center offers a positive experience with minimal wait times and dedicated professionals like Angie and Darby.
I went to this ER on Wednesday afternoon, 3-25 because I have been very, very sick for the past four (4) weeks. Dr. Majkowski listened to my symptoms, ordered several tests, and tried to figure out what happened and why I have been so very sick. I honestly and truly appreciate his assistance! 😇🙏
I recently went in for severe head pain, racing heart, and dizziness I had been experiencing these for a couple of weeks. They did get me in and out quickly and nurses and staff helpful. I had bloodwork, MRI, CT, and angiogram ordered by Dr Sorenson. He came in and said he found nothing and completely dismissed me. Barely asked me any questions. Did not review my bloodwork with me. I asked about my wbc. He said it was fine. I followed up with pcp after she reviewed the results and said my wbc was elevated and I did have a sinus infection which I suspected. Very professional and friendly staff. I have to give a special shoutout to the 3 we had intersections with: Michelle in admissions. She was very interactive and friendly and made us laugh, helping relieve some nerves. Rose in x-ray, she was very sweet and personable. Even gave my child stickers after his x-ray which made his day! And Mike, he was very friendly and interactive with my child making him feel comfortable about the x-rays and relieving his fear. Kudos to the 3 of you for making this visit enjoyable. You are keepers and hope you all know this!! Keep up the great work. I wanted y'all to know that you are seen and appreciated. Y'all make all the difference :)
