“I switched from another company to Elara, and was given a very good caregiver. He is extremely good at cleaning. He used to work at the hospital so he knows what he’s doing. He cleans places I don’t think about! he will help me cut up food and cook if I need him to, which is not his favorite thing. but he will do it. He files down my toenails a couple of times a month; and on top of that he will get the lotion and massage my feet afterwards. You cannot get a better caregiver than that! times I’ve had surgery, he’s washed my hair for me. He will do whatever is needed. I am very blessed to have such a good caregiver and he definitely definitely needs a raise! $$ now as far as the supervisors over the Caregivers…lot of times they do not return phone calls promptly . which is an issue sometimes! but they seem like nice people. and since I have an exceptionally good caregiver, I will let that pass.
