“Miracle worker! I've had a bad back since I was a teenager, which would periodically keep me in bed a couple days, flare ups 3-4 times/year. After 25years of accepting this was my life I went to Andrea, back in 2018. She gave me exercises to do anytime i felt my back going out. As of this 2023 review, 4.5 years after seeing her, my back has not gone out. I just have to do about 2min of exercises she prescribed me, every couple months or so to ward it off.
