Hitchcock Family Medicine is a great practice with wonderful and amazing staff and doctors. The whole staff is friendly, kind, patient, and helpful. Doctors take the time to get to know patients and their needs, providing prompt and thorough care. The practice offers transparent policies with no surprise costs and helpful services, including seamless in-house lab work and an in-house pharmacy that makes getting medications a breeze. Appointments are simple to make, and visits are often faster than anticipated. Patients describe feeling healthier due to effective care for conditions like diabetes and thyroid problems, calling it the best acute medical care you can get. The office itself is beautiful and comfortable, contributing to a stress-free and seamless experience.
Dr Sanders has been so supportive and helpful for myself and my family. The appointments never feel rushed. She makes us feel seen, heard and truly cared for. Emails, texts or calls are responded to quickly. The front desk staff are always so welcoming. The pharmacist is also so kind and thorough. We are grateful for this practice!

Having worked in hospital settings, I have seen firsthand the mind-blowing difference in patient care when an active primary doctor (an increasingly endangered species 🐼) keeps close tabs on a patient versus when they do not.
Today, there is too much medical specialization—individual doctors keeping tabs on their single favorite part of our body—and zero ownership of our whole well-being or the actual outcomes that matter. 🙈
