Jeremy and Melissa from Nail Creek did an excellent job in all phases... design, construction and start up. The craftsmanship on on the paver installation and drainage really stood out. “I wish I knew the names of the good men that did our beautiful rainscape and replanting!! AND Leanne and those hardworking men couldn’t have done for or by us! Leanne created a design plan for the back hill - we had serious drainage issues, and some plants obstructing views, others in inappropriate places…her design alone was worth the price of admission.
The Seeds of Change landscaping crew dug through that hard clay like butter; dug the path for water flow, put down TWO layers of fabric and then beautiful large river stones creating our own riverbed for the Knoxville torrential downpours that used to wash the mulch and topsoil down to our deck.
They also replanted the bushes and plants we already had in perfect places. I wish this were a Spring photo, and not end of summer dryness so you could see the effect as dramatically as we know it is.
Integrity, honest upfront pricing, willingness to do parts of the plan as we were able to afford, professional work and perfect cleanup afterwards. If I could give a 10 star review I would!!“

“Shortly after I called Landscapes Etc to provide an estimate to level my backyard and build a stone deck and retaining wall the owner, Matthew Tiemeyer, came to the house to walk through the project with me. His knowledge and professional demeanor were a cut above what I expected, and he immediately came up with ideas for a much better deck and wall than I had planned, for a very minimal additional cost. Work started as soon as the weather allowed, and his crew had an incredible work ethic. The end product was impressive - far better than I had imagined, and they even added some very nice plantings as a no-cost bonus. The only reason I did not rate them with 5 stars was that there were a few delays between start and finish. To be fair, most of them were caused by weather. Since that project, I've asked Matthew to send crews out for a few other smaller projects, and they've been done well, on time and cost-effectively. All in all, highly recommended!“
