TruGreen does have some very personable and knowledgeable employees. Unfortunately the two they sent out to do my aeration and overseeding either didn't know what they were supposed to do or didn't care. They missed much more than what they actually did. TruGreen did send them back out again it was a better job. But not worth the money. TruGreen does employ people that can do a good aeration and overseeding. Wish I would have had one of them.
The Truegreen Tech did an excellent job introducing himself, and explained that he was going to do with the aeration and grass seeding. He finished the job and we talked briefly about the effort and what to expect. Thanks for the excellent support! John
Service quality depends on the representative and Roderick does a great job. He is very customer focused, conscientious, and knowledgeable. He is personable and genuinely interested in doing a good job. He takes pride in his work which is uncommon in today’s work force. I have complete confidence in him.
