“My unit stopped working on Tuesday evening when I got home from work. I called Flatt the next morning at 6:21 AM, Collin told me he’d have somebody to my house within the next few hours and he did exactly that. I was not an existing customer at the time. Their service call was $89 which included diagnostics, they showed up at 9:15, had the issue fixed by 9:30, and rolled out. All for under $300. The staff was extremely kind as well. I did not feel like a customer that was inconveniencing them at all. 100% recommend anyone in the Dyer County area to call them if you have any HVAC needs.“

“Had an issue with an aged unit and these guys were out here within an hour. Unfortunately, as suspected, the unit needed to be replaced. They had the new unit installed the next morning and we didn't suffer from sticker shock. Fast-forward 3 years: The new unit AC failed. Again: we made the call and they were out here at the requested time. They diagnosed the problem (sensor failure), ordered the part, and had us up and running by 9 AM the next morning. Great service and they take care of their customers!“

“Called for a cleaning and inspection. Tech checked on the receipt that the indoor and outdoor coil was cleaned and everything checked good. A week later, after a ductwork inspection, I discovered that the indoor coil wasn’t actually cleaned after shining a light inside. I called Windle the next morning, and Andy said he would be out sometime that day to look at it and never came. I sent pictures to his email and called the following day. Still haven’t seen or heard from anyone. I suggest if you get this service, you inspect your indoor before they leave.

Update* Owner came out on the 27th, apologized and cleaned the unit.“
