“My unit stopped working on Tuesday evening when I got home from work. I called Flatt the next morning at 6:21 AM, Collin told me he’d have somebody to my house within the next few hours and he did exactly that. I was not an existing customer at the time. Their service call was $89 which included diagnostics, they showed up at 9:15, had the issue fixed by 9:30, and rolled out. All for under $300. The staff was extremely kind as well. I did not feel like a customer that was inconveniencing them at all. 100% recommend anyone in the Dyer County area to call them if you have any HVAC needs.”
