“We got home from work and our house was so hot. We immediately called Performance. Luckily, Jonathan (who had just clocked out) agreed to come see what the problem was. He was so kind and kept us informed as to what the problems were. He had the parts in his vehicle to get our air fixed. He said he didn’t want to leave us without air, so he stayed until almost 10pm to do just that! He went above and beyond! Thank you Jonathan and thank you Performance Heating and Air!!!!“

“I was scheduled for my regular preventative maintenance. It was easy to schedule with the office. I got text reminders of my upcoming appointment. Even got a picture of the tech, Will, so I knew who I was letting in my home. The technician arrived promptly and was very professional. He took care of the system check. Had to make a slight repair, which was discounted because i am on the preventative maintenance plan. He let me know he had completed it. He went over everything, and said everything looked good.
