They had the new unit installed the next morning and we didn't suffer from sticker shock. Fast-forward 3 years: The new unit AC failed. Again: we made the call and they were out here at the requested time. They diagnosed the problem (sensor failure), ordered the part, and had us up and running by 9 AM the next morning. Great service and they take care of their customers!“
