My unit stopped working on Tuesday evening when I got home from work. I called Flatt the next morning at 6:21 AM, Collin told me he’d have somebody to my house within the next few hours and he did exactly that. I was not an existing customer at the time. Their service call was $89 which included diagnostics, they showed up at 9:15, had the issue fixed by 9:30, and rolled out. All for under $300. The staff was extremely kind as well. I did not feel like a customer that was inconveniencing them at all. 100% recommend anyone in the Dyer County area to call them if you have any HVAC needs.
Cannot recommend Flatt Heating & Air enough! Great communication, quick response time, and very professional. They installed our unit during our build and recently added a mini split upstairs for us.
They were respectful of our home, used protective coverings while working, and cleaned everything up before leaving. Honest people who truly care about doing the job right. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend! Flatt was able to figure out how to get us upstairs heating and air when multiple other companies could not. The job was done extremely fast and I could not be happier with the work done!
