They done an AWESOME job. They tore out my old duct work from under the house and it was a tight place to ne working. They replaced it with all new duct work and added an extra needed vent. Great company and all their workers were great. Totally recommend and plan on using again for future projects.
Called for a cleaning and inspection. Tech checked on the receipt that the indoor and outdoor coil was cleaned and everything checked good. A week later, after a ductwork inspection, I discovered that the indoor coil wasn’t actually cleaned after shining a light inside. I called Windle the next morning, and Andy said he would be out sometime that day to look at it and never came. I sent pictures to his email and called the following day. Still haven’t seen or heard from anyone. I suggest if you get this service, you inspect your indoor before they leave.
Update* Owner came out on the 27th, apologized and cleaned the unit.
Windle HVAC Services has the absolute best group of guys I've ever seen. Andy came in after our nearly expired HVAC system started failing and saved the day. He was incredibly professional and gave us a great rate on a total system replacement, from the unit and duct work to new vents and a completely new return line AND NEW CRAWL SPACE ACCESS.
