Be prepared to walk a lot. These offices have 1 central entrance and flank sideways through an old Shopping Mall. There is an Escalator and a Elevator and Wheelchair Transport is available for the Disabled.

Visited Dec 18, 2023.Came as a designated driver for a patient post surgery. There are many offices but no maps of where specific offices were. Not all info clerks knew where the offices were either. One Gate had been blocked for construction. Plenty of parking but a battle - very busy. The care seems to be 50/50 service. Husband says nurses are nice in the back office but up front could be better. There was a roach the size of two quarters crawling around the waiting room.

I have received the best medical care here out of anywhere. My doctor sits and listens to me, makes recommendations beyond just pushing medication on me, genuinely considers my perspective. Every nurse, tech, etc. I’ve met is kind, joyful, compassionate and helpful.I’m so thankful for the good medical care I’ve received, and the dignity and respect I’ve been treated with as a patient. Unfortunately, it’s a rare thing in modern medicine.

Free parking for medical appointments is available. Covered pull-up access with wheelchair accessibility is located on the southeast corner of the building complex at entrance A. You may also park on the west side of the building in the general shopping parking lot and access medical offices via entrances C, D or E. Elevator and escalator access is available at all entrances. Shuttles Free shuttles are available to transport patients and visitors between One Hundred Oaks, Monroe Carell and Medical Center East. Shuttles run regularly from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. To catch a shuttle, go to the patient drop-off area outside Medical Center East, Monroe Carell's main entry or One Hundred Oaks Mall G, A and E entrances.
