I had an excellent experience at this walk-in facility. I booked myself an 8:00 a.m. appt, was asked to arrive at 7:45, did, and was seen almost immediately. The doctor I saw (foreign and a little difficult for me to understand, but that's okay) was very thorough and helpful. The clinic did an X-ray before I saw him. He prescribed the much needed pain med plus a steroid that I needed for my internal injury. After a few days medicating and resting, I got better. I'll go back to this clinic if needed.
I've had to come in a few times recently for myself and a family member, and we both have received excellent care! We've been fortunate to come at times with little to no wait. Try the "save your place" program. I just tried it, and it was easy.
The staff, nurses, and doctor I/we have seen we're professional and friendly!! We scheduled a "save your place" to come in and complete labs that were overlooked in our regular doctor's office and the tech who drew my dad's blood was professional, quick and very friendly which was great especially for my dad who is quite squeamish when it comes to anything done with a needle!

I came here a few years ago and I didn't have a good experience. I came here again (6/1/24) for a respiratory infection. This time was so much better. They really took care of me. The staff was so nice, I didn't wait longer than 1 minute to be seen. If you've had a bad experience in the past, I recommend giving them another chance.
