I've seen a handful of doctors and specialists at Vanderbilt over the years and this is one of my preferred locations, despite the traffic around the area. The auxiliary staff (security guards, secretaries, etc.) are all very friendly and helpful, which is important since it can be easy to get turned around. The clinic also has a free valet service. They are always busy, but still provide quick service with a smile. It's definitely worth the extra drive to come to this facility.
I’ve had to spend considerable time at three high-level hospitals with UVA and Johns Hopkins being the other two. Vanderbilt is easy to navigate and overall runs pretty smoothly. JH is hard to beat in my experience, but out of the three, Vandy is a close second.
This reliable learning establishment has been there for my family; my daughter in her youth and my father during his battle against cancer. I have great respect for their reputation.
They go beyond requirements: a few months ago my father had an appointment with the ENT department. By the time we left, three doctors, an oncologist and a lab technician worked with him in that room. He was very poorly: difficulty breathing (hospital valet was a blessing), fatigued and exhausted.
