From the moment I spoke to the Cooks representative Chris, I felt comfortable with acquiring the services of this compnay. Brandon came to my home to assess & provide any further information about what he observed & how Cooks could best assist us with pest control.When both technicians arrived they immediately began installing & working to alleviate our pest problem. Things were explained as they went along, if we needed them to. They gave tips informative tips to use. I found both representatives to be quite knowledgeable & personable. Super experience all around.

Living in the south in the country means bugs & critters! I am ok with them being outside-but not in my house!! Cooks has made sure to keep me bug free-and I appreciate them very much!Services: General pest inspection

Cook’s pest control makes it very easy. They answer their phones directly. They are very helpful. Their employees are easy to talk to. They respond to any issues or problems that I have. And I do not see any pests in the house. Yay!Services: Hornet & wasp extermination
