Update:The owner reached out directly soon after the review was posted. He offered to refund the trapping fee and do the trapping as well. He was extremely professional and took the time to reach out on a non-business day.We hired Trapper Jack to deal with a squirrel problem. After paying for supposedly 10 days of trapping, the Trapper Jack employee never showed up again despite my consistent texts telling we could still clearly hear the squirrels.This company essentially stole $500 from us by failing to honor their contract. David was great! He took care of my issue promptly and communication was consistent throughout the process. Got everything taken care of, even after a separate company refused to. Great service.
