I first met Jim when he repaired a dryer electrical circuit for me. Over the last 4 years I have had him repair multiple electrical issues, re-route plumbing, and today he finished rebuilding a pool deck from the ground up. To say he is good would be an understatement. I will continue to use him and his company for all of my construction and repair needs. I highly recommend him, and for the record, I’m not related to him so this is an honest review!
I called about having someone come out and level my new Washing machine because I was not having any luck! Instead of taking advantage and charging me for a service call they offered a suggestion that I suspect is going to work! In one phone call they earned my trust and future business!!
Jim was awesome! Very through and professional! He really knows his stuff! I really like the updates via text messages, when he's on the way ! Number 1 in my book, and Music City Service, is my go to for appliance repair!
