Kaylin absolutely delivered in every way possible. My hair and makeup trial went well, but I ended up changing my mind at the last minute and WOW… she nailed it. The service with Kimberly was very nice and my brows look nicer than they have in a while (typically do them myself at home). Some overall feedback: I had to wait ~20 minutes past my appointment time even though they asked me to arrive 10 mins early for forms (there were no forms). The facial itself was relaxing. I tend to get a bit of redness that flares up during a facial but it was significantly more during this treatment. Think it was a combination of the waxing light/heat along with the warm table. It also seemed that many of the products used made my face tingle. She mentioned that would happen but again, it didn't help my redness that I mentioned prior. With a gift card, it was definitely a nice treat. However, after being a member at Face Foundrie in the Gulch for years, in my opinion, you can get a similar quality facial there for quite a bit less (especially with their membership plans).“
