On one of the hottest days of the year my AC went down. I called Robert at Nashville heating & Air expecting to leave a voicemail at 9:30 PM but he picked up the phone guided me through a Few quick troubleshooting steps to get my ac back working for the night. He then was out at my home the next day with a crew to fix it. Not only did he provide expert service and guidance over the phone but his fees are incredibly reasonable and fair.

They installed a new system last year and came yesterday to look at one unit that quit cooling. They examined it and determined adding refrigerant would fix it. One other company was to charge me twice the cost and said I really needed a new unit. Robert is very reasonable, knowledgeable and prompt. I will always use him and so should you!!!!
