I bought some frameless glasses. They were great until I scratched them up. I remembered that I had seen a scratch warranty in the paperwork. Nicole ordered my replacement lenses. They arrived and I went in to have them installed. I suspected that it might be tough to make them perfect. I was wrong. Nicole came and got my glasses and took them to the back for 15 minutes. She returned a perfect pair of glasses to me; just like brand new. Thanks so much, Franklin Family Eye Care. You've earned my business with great products and stellar service!

Dr. Franklin was able to see me on very short notice because of a concern with my right eye. Him and his entire staff were very welcoming and I feel much better because of them! Thank you, Dr. Franklin!

Very knowledgeable and friendly Dr and staff. I don’t wear glasses or contacts, but had something in my eye. They got me an appointment immediately and treated me like a lifelong patient. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
