“Everything was good from the first person who prepared me for the Doctor who gave me my prescription. Very nice and professional. With this said the woman who sat down with me to pick out glasses was misleading and she does have the repetition for doing so. I’m sure that she gets paid on what she sales and it shows. I left with the frames that I supposedly pick out after looking at them for a few days I really was sure that the frames I had was not the ones I pick out and my wife agreed. I went back a few days later and she brushed off and just said nope what I ordered is what I ordered. These are my first real glasses.“

“I had a really bad experience at Visionworks near Rivergate, and got my insurance to authorize a second eye exam because of it - after a little poking around, I found this office. Speaking as someone who came to them from a rough experience with a different place, I cannot recommend this group of folks enough.

Doctor Durocher was genial and professional, and I was surprised at how much time and care he spent making sure everything was just right. I found myself chuckling in the exam room after we were done because of just how contrasting the two experiences had been.

And the cherry on top - of COURSE my insurance got sticky about the second exam after telling me it would be authorized, and the gentleman at the front desk, Daniel, let me call him and merge him onto a call with them and he worked things out on my behalf.
