Walmart Vision & Glasses

Jul 2026

I had a very pleasant appointment at this Walmart vision center. From the receptionist to optometrist, to the individual (sorry I didn’t get names) who helped with fitting and ordering to the staff member that made sure the fitting was proper, everything went perfect. I’ve not had such great service from other retailers but my expectations were far exceeded. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Hendersonville, TN, thanks to Samantha. From the moment we walked in, she was warm, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Her professionalism combined with genuine kindness made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this great—Samantha truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for her if you visit.

We came here to purchase three pairs of glasses, and I am blown away by the customer service we received from Damien . He went above and beyond to help us. He even stayed after the center hours to ensure that everything was successfully completed. DAMIEN, Thank you so much. We truly appreciate you!
