He embarrassed her and was pretty close to yelling at her. The staff in the vision center has been tremendous help in getting my prescription correct.“

“The Dr is super nice. The staff aren't bad by any means, but are also not particularly kind. It feels as though they're here to do their job and get through your appointment and don't really care. This attitude doesn't bother us, but I wanted to be frank for others. They accept younger patients, but the office isn't particularly child friendly. It feels a bit like a library inside: quiet and calm. Kids interfere with that.“
