The staff and Drs are very professional and nice. So willing to help you with anything you need. Miss Kim H knows how to fit a patient with the right glasses. I've been coming here for over 10 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else.
My very first time at my eye Dr., Bartlett location. And I was very impressed!! They are all awesome!! Everyone of them very nice friendly and so helpful. The Optometrist there explains everything to you very well!! And I will be coming back!! Dnt know about anybody else experience with them. But from me they get a 5 Plus!!!!!
Omg this office is the best!!! If you want a great customer experience visit Dr.Lori Kendricks and staff!!! It's hard to find a provider with her expertise, welcoming spirt and a customer centric personality. My eye tech was Asha and she has an abundance of patience with a smile of an angel.
