Staff was great. Very friendly. Walked in kinda worried about my what was going on left with all questions answered and reassured everything was fine. Dr. Swain was great, told me if I had any more concerns to do not hesitate to call him. I especially like the fancy eye ball scanner thing. And lady that did it was nice and patient cause ya girl was like what the what is this. Anyway it's cool machine they use to scan your eye ball and look in them checks ya nerves and it keeps you from having to use the solution to dilate your eyes. Dr. Swain, in Bartlett, TN, is an exceptional eye doctor. He took care of me over Christmas for an eye emergency and even offered to open up his office on Christmas day to recheck me, as well as giving me his personal cell phone number to ensure that I was improving. That is going above and beyond!
