The eye doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. They was a patient service coordinator named Aleah who helped me and she was by far super helpful, amazing and patient! This was my first time at the Bartlett location, I hope she’s hear every time I come for an exam. There was no wait, staff was nice and it was clean!
Dr. Phelps (Smallwood) is amazing! She is super knowledgeable, patient, and has an overall calming spirit! I am new to contacts and had to utilize hard contacts! She has made my transition seamless and easy and comfortable! She is now MY EYE DR! She rocks!
Every single staff member I made contact with was absolutely delightful. I interacted with 4 staff members and they were all professional, personable and fun to be around. 10/10 recommend for your optometry needs.
