“After reading multiple reviews for pediatric optometrists and calling for an appointment, I called Walmart and received a wealth of information as well as a timely appointment. Dr. DeeDee Redding not only listened to my concerns but spoke directly to my grandson too. She was incredibly thorough and patient during her examination providing a very positive experience. The optical experience was positive too with the exception Walmart Optical refuses to give you the pupillary distance information taken when you order glasses. This is not to be confused with the lense or contact prescription Dr. Redding will provide at your eye exam. Overall, our experience was a good one, and Dr. Redding is an A+ recommendation.“
“2023 update: Dr. Cox is still awesome. I highly recommend this office. Both doctors are great and the staff is friendly.I have always had a positive experience at this office and do not believe the negative comments about Dr. Cox. She is so sweet and definitely cares about her patients. When you read the negative reviews, take it with a grain of salt and remember there are two sides to every story. I have referred several friends here and they were happy with their experiences as well. This office is small with only two providers (which is another reason why I love this office) and they have gotten very busy and couldn't possibly accommodate everyone at the exact moment that patient demands. The public is so impatient these days and patients do not take responsibility for their own appointments and knowing their insurance plans. I highly recommend these docs.“
“Mariah at the 2075 N Germantown Pkwy location has been a dream to work with. She knows who we are and what we want every time we walk in the store. She always asks how my other half is when I walk in alone. I've had at least 5 pair of glasses made here recently, as well as received an exam or two. We've had transitions, bifocals, regular sunglasses, and regular eyeglasses made here. All of them great quality and Rx. We will continue to come here, thanks to Mariah.“
