“You’ll never understand how wonderful this kind of physical therapy is until you try it!Grace Vedala has an amazing talent in identifying the muscles that lead to the pain. Then she compresses, massages and manipulates the muscles to teach me how strengthen all the connections in order to alleviate pain. With fibromyalgia I had pain in all of muscles, but Grace has done miracles in making me feel better. Enough so, that with her therapy and my healthier life habits, I have ditched my medication. Grace will be stuck with me every 3 weeks for as long as she can stand me. I am extremely grateful for her expertise.“
