The doctor, PA and nurses I saw multiple times and spoke to over the phone are nice. They are all very nice. But the offices are so poorly run and very unorganized. Getting a referral correctly sent to another doctors office takes an act of congress. Almost every interaction left me very frustrated because I went over the same thing every visit and I'm still in pain. I've been passed off to yet another doctor at another clinic so doubt I'll be back here.
My experience with Kristen Wilson, NP has been nothing but great. She is so professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and a caring person. And, has helped me so much. She takes time to really listen to me concerning any problems associated with my chronic pain diagnosis. I have recommended several friends & others to go see Kristen at May's & Schnapp neuroscience & pain clinic.
Dr. Coty S. Was the best Dr. I have ever been treated by. I hated to hear he was leaving. Compassionate, great listener, and bedside manner was top of the line. Bob and I will miss you terribly. Thank you for everything! Jean and Bob McNair
