This place is fantastic! The physical therapists are excellent, especially Robin. She knows exactly how to challenge you without overworking you, pushing just enough to help you make progress. She is truly amazing at what she does.
Alexis, the receptionist, is wonderful as well. She always does a great job checking patients in and out and is friendly, professional, and helpful. The entire staff creates a positive experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy.
I had to go up to the nova facility here in Memphis to take a preemployment drug screen; I have never had a more positive experience with a facility like this ever before in my life, I am not being dramatic or Hyperbolic in any way, shape, form or fashion whatsoever! The lovely woman that helped me out at the front desk was so polite and professional-she made it so easy for me to get checked in for my drug screen, and was just amazingly cool all around.
