I had to go up to the nova facility here in Memphis to take a preemployment drug screen; I have never had a more positive experience with a facility like this ever before in my life, I am not being dramatic or Hyperbolic in any way, shape, form or fashion whatsoever! The lovely woman that helped me out at the front desk was so polite and professional-she made it so easy for me to get checked in for my drug screen, and was just amazingly cool all around. Also, I am unsure of their paycheck needs to give them both considerable raises if they have not gotten one already lol- I have been two other facilities that perform the same things as this one, but it is definitely a...read full review
Christine is what I believe her name was along with another young woman was very professional and helpful even though I came in right before closing time. Very thankful for their great customer service!
The Mendenhall location was a blessing to me right after I had an unpleasant experience at the Airways location. Carmen, Ashley and Kristen serviced me. They each made me feel warm and welcomed. I had some pleasant exchanges with them about life experiences and they helped me complete my pre-employment testing with no delays. I’m also grateful that they were this pleasant to me as I literally made it in about 15min before closing. Thanks ladies!
