Working with Dr. Jessica has been a game-changer for my health. She quickly addressed my symptoms, in addition to helping me with the basics of breathing and sleep. She’s continued to adjust my treatment plan, allowing me to lift weights without pain for the first time in months. Highly recommend Dr. Jessica and the crew at 901PT!

I was diagnosed with Cervical Disc degeneration with an Arthritis Spine. My main issue was neck mobility. After three neck injections from a Orthopedic Doctor there was no relief. I was on three medications which helped, but with undesirable side effects.After the first six sessions at 901 PT, I have regained flexibility and range of motion in my neck. I am able to tread water as that was not possible before my therapy with 901PT. Treading water is my only means of cardio and now I am back to treading water for an hour nonstop.I am so grateful I discovered 901PT.

So much I could say about 901PT! What a gift this place is to the community of Memphis. I have experienced many other PT clinics and no one has ever been as knowledge, personable, passionate and intentional as this group. I have seen Clay, Sara and Sharwil all in different seasons, which are each one amazing! However, I have to give a big shout out to Dr. Jessica who has been a crucial part of my physical health journey over the last two years.
