“Such a great experience with Dr. Emberton and her team. We have a former stray cat who's skittish around strangers and had most likely never been to a vet before. I expected him to be scared and aggressive. Fortunately, Dr. Emberton and her team are professionals, and they stepped in quickly. He got all his vaccinations and tests done, plus laser surgery for a growth in his mouth. From beginning to end, it was a seamless experience. The quality of care and professionalism was A+ at extremely reasonable prices. We'll be calling Dr. Emberton and her team for all of our vet needs from here on.“

“Dr. Conner Smith and the staff were very friendly and did an excellent job of handling Rocco. Rocco is a anxious dog and gets scared easily. The staff took this in to great consideration and paid great attention to Rocco's warnings of having enough for the day. They made wise decisions in his care to not upset him and made his experience a wonderful one. I really want to thank you guys for the genuine loving care you provided for Rocco.“

“Both of my cats have received excellent care from Berry Hill Animal Hospital for over a year. My favorite thing about this veterinary practice, and specifically Dr. McElyea, is how much they educate pet owners. When we got our second cat, they took the time to give us tips on introducing our cats and decreasing aggression. Most recently, Dr, McElyea took the time to brainstorm and share tips of how to help my cat with weight loss. She even calculated the calories per day my cat should be eating and came up with a target weight. I really appreciate the time and effort that the vets put into our cats care. I’d recommend them to anyone in the Nashville area!“

“I did not have an appointment for my dog. I was very concerned because she had a bad spot on her face and I was afraid it was a brown recluse bite. Dr. McCormick and his staff took excellent care of my dog. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail how to treat her at home. I was very grateful that he was patient and did not rush me out.

“My new puppy Zaya got a hold of a fishing lure, and it went through her tongue and gum line under her teeth. This was last Wednesday, and most vets around Old Hickory were closed. The ones that were open told us we needed an appointment, even after I explained that my puppy was in an emergency and we needed to be seen ASAP. I used Google, and it helped me find Family & Friends Veterinary Clinic. We walked in, and we weren't even there two minutes before they took her from me, sedated her, and removed the fishing lure. I've decided that if anyone's going to be my puppies' vet, it'll be them. They didn't even hesitate and went into action to help her, and that means the world to me. Forever grateful! I called around to find a reptile vet that would offer me some advice on what I could do to ensure he would make it until our power was back on. I reached out and left a message for Dr. Ray, and within a couple hours, she returned my call. She offered me some pointers, eased my worries and was genuinely so nice.
