“Great people. 2 years ago they diagnosed my baby girl with a disease that our former vet did not. Last week I took her in, they said take her to emergency stat. After 3 days she died. I didn't call or tell them. Today I received a card from them. Touched my heart. I value their expertise and warmth. I still take my boy dog there. If you are looking for a vet they have my recommendation.“

Being a tech, I pretty much knew what was going on with her and they were amazing the way they worked with me with her diagnostics and care. They were very compassionate and made me feel as if I had been taking her there for her entire life. Thanks to everyone that made my experience a good one being as that it ended with such sadness. “I contacted VIPets the morning after a late-nite visit to a 24/7 veterinary emergency hospital (animal ER was poor service, no testing offered, hands-off, no diagnosis except to say ‘probably cancer’). VIPets got me an immediate appointment, and Dr. Pace did comprehensive hands-ON testing and confronted the problem head on. She sent us home with a prescription, pending tests, and peace of mind. Emma and other techs were wonderful!“

Dr. McCormick and his staff took excellent care of my dog. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail how to treat her at home. I was very grateful that he was patient and did not rush me out.

“Wonderful staff. The doctors and all the staff here make themselves available via phone AND text. After my cat got attacked by my neighbor’s dog, I took her here and they kept her safe overnight. Once she came home, they kept checking in on me for weeks after to see how my cat was healing. Really means a lot they take the extra time to do that.

UPDATE- I can’t say enough good things about the Animal House staff. Dr. Herd, Dr. Diana, the entire staff really- went above and beyond at every step of the way with my cat. After my cat got attacked by my neighbors dog, she developed a hernia that required surgery. Dr. Herd performed the surgery and we were able to bring my cat back home the same day! my cat required SIGNIFICANT repair, needing 4 layers of stitching to close up the hole the dog had caused. We let my cat out of the crate a week or two later and she was already ready to jump up on the couch to cuddle with us. She healed so well. They even shaved her for us before surgery so we didn’t have to stress over taking her to the groomer while she was healing. Truly am so grateful to everyone here and would highly recommend!“

Each person at Mill Creek Vet was Awesome - From the first phone call to the follow up after! Each person was kind, empathetic and respectful to me and my pets with genuine concern.
