I had to put my dog down and everyone there was incredible! Was with me every step of the way. Explained what was happening. Gave me time to say good bye. Went at my speed. They gave me the support I needed. I could not have gone thru this difficult time w out the staff of of this clinic. Thank you elsie and I are very grateful

Amazing vet care team who genuinely cares about your fur babies. Not like most places who just go down a medical check list checking stuff off and collecting your money.Staff listen and write all details down. They do thorough exams and adjust to the level of stress on our pets to make the visit as peaceful and rewarding as possible.Only complaint I have is cost of services, medication, and preventions which the clinic has no control over. As well as the parking lot, very difficult to get in and out of and park without bumping into another vehicle. But staff work with you on your finances and develop realistic treatment plans you can afford. They check in on our fur babies...read full review

We had a pup emergency and was squeezed in. Especially because we are from out of town. Professional, friendly staff. Are concerns were addressed. Staff got back to us quickly on all our concerns.
