The little crested wouldn't gain weight and Dr. Ray gave me the tools and information to help her. Getting a D3 light was the best advice and now I have two thriving 2 year old crested geckos.
The internet can be a good place to start research... but ALWAYS listen to your veterinarian. Dr Ray truly loves what she does and is an absolute Tennessee Treasure.
I'm not sure how I haven't left a review here before. I thought I had! This office saved my bird's life.
The vet here stays up with critical patients all night, grabs a couple hours of rest and breakfast as the other employees come in, and then continues to see other patients. I can't imagine doing this.
My bird may not have long left in her, but she's here at all because of Dr. Ray's dedication to saving animals. My bird fought hard and so did her doctor.
Everyone here is human. And they go above and beyond where they reasonably can.

They were able to get me last minute, same day, after a lot of frustration calling several exotic vets around. I did a 4 hour round trip for this vet, and the results did not disappoint. My normal exotic vet was out of town when I took in a cockatiel with a severe upper respiratory problem and couldn't hold food down. I am forever thankful they were able to help and save her.
