BluePearl has been our go to for our multiple ER trips over my pup’s 3 years. Most recently a scary occasion that included hospitalization. Everyone we interacted with was sweet, efficient and patient with me as Alfie’s case had a lot of information/variables/testing/medications and it was a lot to take in during a high stress time. We know Alfie is not an easy case in general because he is reactive out of fear and hates being handled for all the things they need to do but they handled him like the pros they are. BluePearl was awesome, they attended to my pup right away. Within just a few hours her condition was diagnosed and surgery was completed. Communication was great, staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I’ve never dealt with such a fantastic establishment. They talked to me like a human, like an actual worried parent, gave me the resources and facts that I needed to make a decision. I was told to euthanize my boy at another 24/7 emergency vet. I came to blue Pearl for a second opinion and thank god I did, they saved my babies life 💜
