I am grateful that cornerstone exists. Their staff is amazing. From their therapists, group facilitators, nurses… even down to the janitorial and cafeteria staff are extremely capable, friendly people who you can tell really want to help. Most of them have been where I was and have achieved long term sobriety. They show that (while it might not be easy) it is possible. For anyone out there who knows that rock bottom has a basement, there is hope. I highly recommend giving cornerstone a call.
Possibly best decision of my life. I dreaded it. Didn't think it would help my addiction to alcohol. I was WRONG. My experience there was one of learning life can be so wonderful.
